2. Scheduling & Payments

Appointments are scheduled based on operational availability. Estimates and quotes remain valid for the period specified on the documentation unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment is due in accordance with the terms established on your invoice or service agreement. Any additional tasks requested outside the mutually agreed-upon scope of work may incur supplementary charges.

By providing your mobile telephone number, you consent to receive informational and transactional SMS messages from Duchess Cleaning Company regarding appointment scheduling, arrival reminders, estimates, invoices, service updates, and customer support inquiries.
