Construction may be finished, but fine dust and residue can remain throughout the property.
Our post-construction cleaning focuses on the detailed work needed after building or renovation is complete, including floors, fixtures, baseboards, cabinets, windows, bathrooms, and finished surfaces.
The goal is to leave the property clean, presentable, and ready for its next step.
Your project is almost finished. Let us take care of the final cleaning. Tell us about the property, the type of construction or renovation, its current condition, and your project timeline. We’ll determine the cleaning scope and provide a customized quote.

Post-construction cleaning requires more than ordinary surface cleaning. We focus on fine dust, finished surfaces, fixtures, edges, trim, glass, and other detailed areas.
Every construction or renovation project leaves behind different cleaning needs. We build the scope around the condition of the property and the work that actually needs to be completed.
We complete a final review of the cleaned areas and can provide before-and-after photos and a completed cleaning checklist when requested.
Construction cleanup can vary significantly from one project to another. We establish the cleaning scope ahead of time and identify any specialty or additional work that may need to be quoted separately.
