Duchess wasn’t built overnight. It was built over a lifetime of work.
I grew up working with my family, picking cherries and apples in Washington state and helping in our small business. Showing up, working hard, and taking pride in honest work was just part of life. That’s where I learned that how the work gets done matters as much as the final result.
After earning my MBA, I followed the traditional path. But the instinct to build and take ownership never left. When that path didn’t lead where I expected, I chose to build something of my own.
The Duchess Standard reflects my life up to this point: preparation, consistency, and service. Every visit follows the same principles that built this company.
